Sprouted and Live Foods Basics, Tips and Tricks Part One:
Growing Sprouts at Home

Description:

Join master sprouter and live foods enthusiast James Galusha for this
two part series in sprouting adventures! In this first part, James will
demonstrate and discuss all the basics and essentials of growing,
harvesting and storing your own sprouts. With over 15 years of in depth
experience and experimentation, James will also share these secrets with
the class: How to ensure the success and health of your sprout crops,
different methods of growing sprouts, conserving and recycling water
used for sprouting and ways of storing your beautiful leafy sprouts that
will extend the storage time from a few days to up to two weeks! James’
demonstration will be as hands on as possible, and he will have jars of
live and growing sprouts in various stages – all the way from fresh
seeds soaking in water to completely finished and ready to harvest
crops. Be prepared to take notes and ask questions and you will be
certain to learn things about sprouting you never knew before and will
definitely walk away with the confidence and knowledge to be harvesting
your own sprouts in no time! Come back for part two in July to learn
