Fermentation Class-March30-2019 Our farmers market operates year round. Every Saturday customer buy from vendors who have grown or produced food items or created art. Vendors are present from 9 AM to 1 PM and the market is open until 4 PM every Saturday.
These Things Take Time presents:
Intro to Fermentation
Learn the principals of food fermentation, why people do it and how to do it.
The primary workshop session will be at noon to 1:30 pm. If more than 7 people register later registrants will be scheduled for a backup workshop session that will be from 10:00 am to 11:30 am.
Each person in the class will take home a jar of fermenting veggies.
Note: The classes are limited to 7 people so that those who register after the 8th person will be assigned to a second group which will meet from 10:00 am to 11:30 am.
The fee for the class is $25.
